Details on the Monthly Pledge Process

After placing your donation today, your card will be charged again each month for the same amount, allowing you to offer your continuing support.

Each time your card is charged, your credit card statement will say "Durango Foundation For Educational Excellence".

Each time your card is charged monthly, you will receive an email confirmation that the charge has been made successfully.

Each email receipt you receive will also include a link telling you how to update or cancel your monthly pledge.

You may also cancel your pledge anytime by visiting www.dfee.net and updating your pledge preferences.

All credit card information is securely encrypted, and is never displayed in clear text to anyone.
Cancelling Your Recurring Monthly Pledge
DFEE offers two options for cancelling your pledge:
1. Request DFEE Assistance
In order to cancel your monthly pledge:
Contact DFEE and request to cancel. Have your account number ready. Once your
account has been cancelled, we will send you a confirmation email.
IMPORTANT: You are responsible for the full pledge fee in the month in which you cancel,
i.e., if you cancel your pledge in August, you are responsible for August fees. Your
pledge for that month remains active and fully functional until the end of that month. After
the end of the month, your account will cease to work and you will not be charged again. It is not
necessary to wait until the last day of the month to cancel your pledge.

2. Cancel Your Pledge Online
You can login to your account at https://www.dfee.net/login.php. Once logged in, you can
click the cancel link and your monthly pledge will be cancelled.
