*Open to all 9-R High School students who meet the scholarship criteria

*Payments will be made to the college of the recipient

*Applications must be received by April 9th, 2010 at DFEE, 201 East 12th Street, Durango, CO, 81301 unless otherwise specified in the scholarship application requirement.
